LFT has inaugurated its new networking workshops dedicated to leisure travel professionals. The event took place in Frankfurt with more than 50 German attendees who met with Luxembourgish partners from the sector.
On September 13, Luxembourg for Tourism organised a tourism workshop that included dinner and wine tasting. The event took place at MainNizza in Frankfurt.
The event opened up a series of visits and meetups, part of the return to its live trade activities which began at the start of 2022.
Fifty-seven guests including tour operators, travel agencies, trip organisers, and journalists were present, at the invitation of Trade.
Speed-dating meetings
Following a welcome speech from Dr Fritz Becker (Honorary Consul of Luxembourg to Frankfurt), Sebastian Reddeker, the CEO of LFT, presented the destination to the attendees.
Afterwards, the evening continued with a B2B speed-dating activity with our Luxembourgish partners Luc Reis (Sightseeing.lu), Marie-Laure Moreau (Hôtel Légère Luxembourg), Tanja Lutz (Voyages Emile Weber), Thierry Kruchten (Esch 2022), and Viviane Desquiotz (Domaine L&R Kox).
Thanks to the event, the guests were able to discover and be inspired by Luxembourg’s tourism offer.
The next networking workshop will take place on November 28 in Madrid.
